Arctic White Edgeless Microfiber Polishing Cloth
Item Description
Incredible grip to remove waxes more easily! The Arctic White Microfiber Polishing Cloth is woven specifically for wax and polish removal. It has a soft touch that is extra gentle on sensitive clear coat finishes. Plus, the cloth has no hemmed edges, making accidental scratches virtually impossible. Use this cloth the next time you wax your vehicle and I promise you'll never use anything else! The Arctic White Polishing Cloth is made of the same densely woven microfiber as our popular Cobra Indigo. The Arctic White Edgeless Microfiber Polishing Cloth is a 70/30 blend of polyester and polyamide, respectively. When microfiber was first developed, it was widely believed that a higher percentage of polyester was required to make an effective cleaning cloth. Now we know that the cleaning ability of the cloth is determined by its weave structure. You can see how the structure of the Arctic White is different from other microfiber towels in the close-up below. These dense loops give the towel an uneven texture that is excellent at removing wax. These loops enable the cloth to grab wax and polish residue and completely remove it from the paint surface better than the average microfiber towel. Even paste waxes will come off with ease thanks to this unique design. Many microfiber towels become caked when removing wax or polish residue. That's a sign that they are probably best reserved for final buffing. For wax removal, the Arctic White is the reigning champ. Its looped texture cleans without caking and leaves the surface completely free of residue and that pesky white dust. You might also notice in the picture that the edge of the Arctic White Edgeless Polishing Cloth is not hemmed. Towels, blankets, clothing all fabrics are made with a hem to keep the fabric from unraveling. It's just the way it is! But with microfiber, a hem is not necessary. The woven loops of microfiber serve as their own hem; they will not unravel no matter how many times you wash it. No hem equals NO SCRATCHES! The absence of a hem makes the Arctic White extra gentle on all your vehicle's delicate surfaces. Looped polyester hems can stiffen over time and cause very slight micro-marring- the kind you don't see until you're parked under fluorescent lighting (parking garages). The Arctic White is all microfiber, all the way to the edge. It will not scratch! The Arctic White has a removable sticker tag; just another way to protect your vehicle against any possible scratches. Try the Arctic White Edgeless Polishing Cloth with any wax, polish or paint sealant. You will be amazed at how much easier it is to remove the residue versus conventional towels. Even tough paint sealants and cleaner waxes wipe away with less work. The Arctic White Edgeless Microfiber Polishing Cloth makes wax and polish removal a breeze! Try it for yourself and see how the soft, looped texture and no-hem design make wax removal easier and faster than with any other towel. 16 x 16 inches
The main use of car wash cloths relates to the general cleaning of your car. This includes drying, dusting, and detailing the interior and exterior. Selecting the right towels also helps to keep your car free from spots, streaks, and drip lines. However, if you are finding it difficult to choose the best car wash cloths for the job, here are a few pointers from our professional team.
Types of Car Wash Cloth
Window Towels
Cotton towels are the best option to use for cleaning your windows. This material is absorbent and lint-free to avoid leaving any residue behind. However, avoid using the same towel on the exterior and windows. This could scratch the glass if any leftover debris lingers behind on the cloth.
Terry Cloth Towels
The main purpose of terry cloth towels is to clean the car’s exterior. However, a disadvantage to using this type of towel – lint might be left on the surface. A terry cloth towel works best for car waxing. Out of all the car wash cloths, this towel applies wax the easiest.
Washing Mitt
A washing mitt helps clean a car more efficiently. This type of material consists of cotton with a mixture of long, fine fibers to grip dirt and remove it from the car exterior. However, rinse the mitt as frequently as possible to avoid scratching the surface of the vehicle. If debris sticks to the mitt, it leaves behind fine scratch marks.
Microfiber Wash Cloth
A microfiber washcloth works with nearly any task when it comes to car detailing. The material possesses absorbent properties that gather and collect dirt to the fibers. Additionally, these can be used to dust the interior of your car when slightly damp.
Microfiber car wash cloths also come as a drying tool for your car. Most of the time, car owners use them to dry their windows. The material collects any leftover solution from the window cleaner and leaves behind a streak-free finish.
Polishing Towels
This is an excellent car wash cloth and is used to give a fine swirl-free finish to the paint. This towel is best used to leave behind a shiny finish.
Chamois Wash Cloth
This wash cloth is made up of chamois leather. The material is soft and absorbent but generally used for drying the vehicle once finished.
Car wash cloths work the best when they are chosen for the right task. Since each one works with a specific task, understanding what those are will help. However, a professional company utilizes all of these to properly detail your car. DetailXPerts, an eco-friendly, mobile auto detailing company performs each task with the correct towel.
